American Precast Industries
Full designed, developed, and constructed by the Miles Brothers, American Precast Industries was established in 2020. American Precast Industries became the first resident of the Glassworks Business Park and is home to a state of the art Redi-Rock and Pole Base manufacturing facility.
I-80 Exit 70 Truck Stop (Front Property)
Acquired in August of 2020, the former 76 Truck Stop in Clarion Twonship, PA was purchased by the Miles Brothers. Seeking to rehabilitate environmental concerns and provide opportunities for the future of Clarion County, the brothers set out to do so. In 2022 the environmental cleanup for the property was complete and sold, offering a new light to the Clarion area and restoring our community.
